WealthMotley is run by Creative Motley Ltd ("we"). By joining the Wealth Motliplier Bootcamp, you agree to these terms.

1. Your place is for you.

   It covers one person. Your login, the live classes, the replays, the slides, workbooks, prompts and tools are for your own learning and your own money. Watching with your partner at home is fine. Sharing your login isn't.

2. Please don't record or share.

   Don't record the live classes. Don't share, sell, post or upload the classes, replays or materials, in whole or in part. Your replays are in your dashboard for 12 months.

3. Please don't reuse it.

   You can't turn the Bootcamp's classes, slides, workbooks, prompts or tools into your own course, coaching, posts, videos or product, paid or free.

4. The room stays private.

   What other students share in class and in the community stays there. No screenshots of anyone's posts or questions, and no contacting other students to sell or promote anything.

5. If these are broken,

   we may end your access to the classes, replays, community and tools.

6. We can say no.

   We may decline or cancel any place at any time, with a full refund.

7. The Right-Fit Promise.

   Come to the first weekend. If the teaching or the format isn't right for you, email sholz@wealthmotley.com within 48 hours of that weekend (for Cohort ×01, by 8:30pm UK on Tuesday 1 December) and get back everything you paid. A refund ends your access to the classes, replays, community and tools.

8. Education, not advice.

   The Bootcamp is education, not personal financial advice. Investing involves risk, and you may get back less than you put in. Do your own due diligence before any decision.

9. Your legal rights.

   Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Changes.

    We may update these terms for future cohorts. The version on the day you joined applies to your place.

11. The law.

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
